Hello Erin, We bought a week or points at Grand Crown Resort over a year ago. After then, we received a phone call from some sales guy selling a cruise package for $249.00. Well we suckered into it and bought two. After that when we wanted to book on Carnival we found out the Cruise was actually $1145 and $1480 PLUS our $249.00 for two families. We went ahead an booked. As it turned out, my mother-in-law who was 93 at the time became ill and we had to cancel the trip. The issue date is 9/14. Expires 18 months from issue date.
At the time we were told the money could be applied to another trip. Today we found out the money is gone — we lost it all and Carnival and you have our money. Guess what. I want it back or the whole thing applied to another cruise we may want to take.
At this point this is just the beginning of the ordeal. I assure you if I do not get a favorable response, I will be after Crown and Carnival and vttgetaway. This is the most crooked baloney I have been involved in so far in my life. I am retired and connect afford to suffer you crooks.
Get my money back now!
