Ramada Cruise - Vacation Destinations
Falsely stated I was a Grand Prize Winner wanted to get Credit Card info

First, I received an E-mail stating that I was the Grand Winner of a Cruise for 3 days and 2 nights. But, after filling out my mailing info, the site wanted me to select "Yes" to one of the following offers; which includes you to purchase "Something." I immediately knew, that it was fraud, cause I should not have to pay, or, purchase anything, especially if I have "Won" it. The next day, today actually; Tuesday, September 12, I get a phone call from a fast talking representative stating do I remember the E-mail message, I agreed, but stated that I left it alone cause they wanted me to purchase.

She encouraged me that there is "NO MONEY" required for this prize. That everything was paid for, and free to me, except insurance for the rental car they provide, gas, and drinks other than coffee, and tea. Then, after all the exciting details of the trip and destinations inclusions told to me, she asks is there any questions. I told her no, because it will be answered in the package you will be sending me, and she agreed. Next, she asks which Credit Card do I use Visa, MasterCard, etc., so she can charge me "ONLY" $498.00 which covers a $3,000 something balance the trip costs. I knew exactly where this was leading, plus, I could hear another woman in the backgorund telling her what to say basically. I knew I didn't even have a credit card, so I just say, I am broke. Then the rep. Says no problem assuringly, I'll "Connect you over to the manager."

The voice I heard in the background gets on the phone in a rude voice saying, "Ok, you're broke, just go get your credit card, and if it is empty, we'll just deduct the cash when it is there." Bull@#%*, I said told her I couldn't find my card, and she gets even madder and tells me to quit wasting time, and go get it. I say, I lost it, she hurried up and said we'll just pass it on then, and disconnected abruptly. So, you see, I was trying to be out slicked, scammed, whatever you want to call it. But, in truth, I tried to outslick them. Well, it goes to show you game recognize game! We both couldn't get what we want.
