Phoebe Loughery Stables has a beautiful location, wonderful instruction, and the friendliest ponies. Our kids love going there every week. Phoebe herself teaches them not only how to ride, but also how to take care of these wonderful animals... And has a way of teaching kids that works extremely well. Her staff members seem almost like an extension of her family, know all the ponies & horses very well, and are fun to be around.
My daughter first started lessons with Phoebe while spending select afternoons with her grandparents. I was apprehensive at first about a 6 year old riding horses & ponies, but after going with her to these lessons myself, am completely comfortable about it, and am happy that she is doing this. Now my 5 year old son is starting the process of instruction with Phoebe also.
