Unauthorized 250.00 Transaction on Green Dot Visa Card

Unauthorized transaction of 250.00.

I rarely go on Facebook and have never given any kind of card number. I called my Green Dot Visa card, and it said 250 had been taken out by Facebook.com. They said to call back in two weeks and they will file a report and "try" to get my money back.
