I took my car to this shop because my engine light was on and my wife's car a 2003 chevrolet cavalier and the car was delaying when I pressed the gas, and when I turned on the ac the car would cut off. The company did a diagnostic on the vehicle and I was told there were multiple miss fires and that it needed a tune up this was 5/21, cost $95 that didn't fix the problem. Another diagnostic was ran the following day and I was told that I needed one 02 sensor and a catalytic converter. I stated that I would return saturday so I can leave the car. The work was done 6/2 cost $690. My wife and I went to pick up the car. She drove the car that was worked on by engine specialilst and followed me home, immediately upon leaving the car still had the same exact problems as before. I took the car back the following monday, another diagnostic was done and I was only told of what it could possibly be. One of the employees Ash was only concerned that the engine light was still off and thought I only wanted to pass emissions, I told him that I wanted the car fixed so my wife could drive it safely. At this time I realized that this company has no clue of what that are doing and took me for $785 and the car is in the same condition as before and the engine light is on as well.
