Ordered a Business at Home kit. Read thru online info. & decided against it. Completed and submitted their refund process. They now claim they are unable to locate any order or credit card information or proof of purchase. They have my full name and street address, telephone number, E-mail address and their own ticket ID, TAX-869-93353 which
was assigned to me at the time I completed the transaction. What more could they need to find me and credit my account accordingly? Their support e-mail address is I have been corresponding with Emily, Customer & Member Support rep.
