I tried to cancel my very newly acquired account with Boost Hoster and could not find a phone number anywhere on its site. E-mails were unsuccessful and bounced back. Then their charge appeared on my credit card statement and I disputed the charge. I received a letter from my credit card company and that is the FIRST time I was given a phone number in order to reach Boost Hoster! I called and tried to speak with a representative there; but his accent was so thick that I could not understand anything he said. I asked to speak with another representative. Same thing. My next step is to contact my State's Attorney General's Office, Consumer Protection Division, and lodge a complaint against Boost Hoster for unfair/fraudulent business and trade parctices.
