In reviewing my Verizon bill I noticed under Other Charges a monthly charge from IDL Teleservices for a PC service called I Tech PC for $12.95. When I called IDL Teleservices they said they were "just a billing service" and could only cancel the service not refund the charges which neither I nor any of my family ever heard of. Their records showed the service was started on March 30 from the WEB inquiry. They gave me a contact number for I Tech PC of 888-415-9512 which no one answers. Fortunately, when I went to Verizon they refunded all charges from IDL/I Tech PC which had actually started billing me in February not March.
