I noticed that my June phone bill was more than it usually is, and found a 12.95 charge under miscellaneous charges and credits from ILD Teleservices on behalf of I Tech PC. I called ILD Teleservices at the provided number, 800-433-4518, and found that they had placed charges for a total of 25.90 (12.95 on May 25 and June 25, which I assume would have shown up on my July bill).
The customer service rep told me that she would refund me the 25.90, but that this charge was authorized by someone in my household. I know that no one here did. I called Verizon and had them place a block for any future third-party charges.
