Like many others I was mislead by the advertising for their face creme and was shocked to receive a delivery note that informed me that the "free trial" would cost me a further 74.95
Upon receiving their package, I notified my credit card company that they had deceived me through deceptive advertising and they advised me to put my card on hold for the time being. I then contacted Pura Silk by e-mail (proof that you have contacted me) to ask for a RMA number to return the product. They e-mailed me back with an RMA number which is probably a good sign that the number of complaints on this site is having an adverse affect on them. If anyone has conacted Fraud Action it would be interesting to hear the response.
