I have had Blue Mountain E card membership for 2 yrs. Auto renewal, I happen to notice on my bill a charge for $15.99 and the following month a charge for $19.99, after several frustrating attempts to speak to a person, I selected technical support, this was the only way I was successful in speaking to a person, I was told that I am charged for E cards, and create and print, Of course if you look at this site, you would assume (yes, I know), that your membership to Blue Mountain Ecards includes all. Beware, and be an educated consumer, I was not, and this company is not clear on their charges. Shame on you American Greetings, when I did call they told me, Oh well, I can cancel your ecard subscription and give you creat & print, which includes ecards for the $19.99 I had been paying for the last 2 yrs. Grrrrrr... There are too many other nice card sites out there, I will not be renewing this subscription.
