I purchased a laser. When I mounted it up on my rifle and went to adjust it the cover cap would not come off. When turned hard enough it pulled the whole sight core out. Defective right out of the box. After 2 days of trying to get someone to call me back about it I finally get ahold of someone and they tell me they will send me an email on how to send it back. The email says send it back at my expense and send $10 to process it. I might see it back in 3 to 6 weeks. So know it will cost me an additional $25 for a brand new product I have never used and was shipped to me defective right out of the box. Poor Service!
