I purchased this product, a table top dishwasher, via Amazon.com. The product did not work. I called the company and they said to send back many items, including part of the power cord. Original sticker peeled off the product, a check for shipping costs, etc.
They said it would take about 2 weeks to replace the product.
I did what they said. Four weeks later I called and the product still had not been shipped. I called 2 weeks later and they said they would see about it.
The new product arrived about a week later. Guess what? It does not work either.
I called again and they said to go through the process again.
That is just too much. I figure they will just keep sending defective products.
