I purchased a waranty with my furniture to clean accidental stains. I called to file a claim with customer service. It took a week before someone contacted me on when a technician will arrive. The first 3 times he didn't show. When he finally came, he looked at the stain and said he could not clean it-guy never even made an attempt to clean the spot. I called customer service and Jenn said "unfortunately" there is nothing she could do... The stains have been there too long. Really???
