Past few months i have been on the Internet with Janet Ralph. She told me she was in Nigeria for an art exhibition & a few weeks ago she wanted to come to USA to be with me. I received an email confirming an airline ticket, but there was $790 owed on it. I sent her $800 to cover it. Then something she call Basic Travel Allowance came up ($2000) needed to cover travel expenses. I didn't send it. She is still persistent though. I wish I knew if someone could help me find out more about Ms. Ralph. I have pics if anyone else has run across her. I'd like to post them. She claims to be from Finland & emailed me her drivers license which was probably photo edited.
