I saw this charge on my statement recently and called my bank to dispute it. My bank advised it would be easier to contact the company and that if they filed a dispute it would take at least 10 days. I told them about the large number of false transactions from this company and that I wanted to block this company. I was told they couldn't do that.

So I called the phone number provided for All4Gamer. I had to call them five times before someone actually answered. Their automated message system asked me to hold for the next available representative. Exactly 2 minutes later the system stated:

"No one is available to take your call. Please try again later or send us an email."

Of course they don't provide an email address.

On the fifth try Emily answered the phone. I explained to her that I had a charge on my account from All4Gamer but I did not purchase anything from them.

Emily asked me for the amount of the charge, the date of the transaction and the last four digits of my card. She placed me on hold for a moment and when she came back she said she had found the charge and that it was for a PlayStation cover.

Like so many others I have seen I don't own a PlayStation and therefore do not require a cover. I told Emily that I did not own a PlayStation and did not order any such cover.

After another brief moment on hold, Emily came back and advised that the cover had not shipped yet so she could refund the money back to my account.

She told me the money would be back in my account in three days.
