There was a $59.95 charge by ACT*Registration dated 2/3 on my American Express bill. I've searched everywhere and can find no indication that I signed up for this or authorized the charge. I've spent nearly 15 minutes on hold waiting for someone from the company to answer why this was charged to me. So far, no response. This appears to be a scam. It greatly concerns me that this company could charge me for something I did not order.
