Virgin mobile is taking my money each time I use a pop up card to put money on my assurance phone. I put 10 dollars a few hours ago, and did not use the phone at all and got charged 10 dollars for nothing. It happens all the time with virgin mobile. I called costomer sevice and the told me that I have to wait 4 hours for the problem to resolve. Never heard such a thing. I need help. Virgin mobile is robbing me, and I can, t afford to keep putting money. They keep taking my money.
