Purchased the product after seeing a friends facebook post along with several FB comments, full dialogue between her and several of her friends. My son in law told me he saw on line the CC code was linked to several fraudulent claims. Then, my friend posted she did not use the product nor never made a FB post about the product. I received the product and contacted the company, by chat, to let them know the circumstances and I would be returning for a full refund. They asked me to try, would give me a 5% discount, no thanks, then told me there would be a 20% restocking fee. Told them no way. Live chat rep told me I would receive an email about the refund and return within 24-48 hours, this would have been by 6/07.. Guess what no email reply. Aren't we surprised. Printed the chat conversation for backup and contacted my CC co about the situation. What losers!
