I questioned my mobile provider why i have been charged A$39.95 and they explained to me that I have been charged by this company weekly of around 10.00 for the ringtones that i signed up for. I cannot even remember why I got this in my mobile, as I was givwen the number to contact, I have spoken to an operator from South Africa from 1800178017. When I asked him of details of the bill incurred, he cannot tell me. I was directed to email a complaint but I am unable to as the email address given to me was wrong.
