I started receiving weekly horoscopes several weeks ago. I never signed up for any such service and had no idea why I was getting them. Then I got my T-Mobile bill and saw I was being charged $9.99/ month for horoscopes from Commune E Kate. When I called T-Mobile they said I had no choice but to pay for it and would have to dispute it with the third-party provider. I have attempted to contact someone, but my call either disconnects or just continues to ring with no answer. The T-Mobile operator said that all someone has to do is to type in your number at one of these websites and it subscribe you to their services. "It's just that simple" she said.
