I ordered the above two product from you on the internet on the 9 May which I paid for on my credit card and never received.
You went and deducted and amount of R 848.00 from my credit card on the 2 June which I did not give you permission to do. I just notice that another amount of R 863.06 was deducted from my account on the 6 June.
I urge you to refund the amounts that was deducted from my card in the next 24 hours or I will have no options but to open a fraud case against your company
