I ordered a free sample in June from my ageless derma for about $7.95 and again $7.95 as it was indicated that I have to order 2 different kinds of products from them. This didn't arrive for about 6 weeks, and I have decided not to purchase anything from them again. Then on 13 August I get an amount of R730.97 deducted from my account with the reference "smoothskinbill", and on 14 August another amount of R815.96 from "myagelessderma" deducted from my account. How does one stop this? And how do I go about getting refunded? I cannot afford this and is already in overdraft because of this huge amount taken from my account. Someone should take action against this company.
