Complaint Description:
https://www.webstore.com / How do I file a complaint on https://www.webstore.com/? All the sudden they deactivated me, over 8 plus emails and a week later they finally answered and accused me of having multiple accounts and violating their policy... I emailed them again, they refuse to provide me with address or phone or any records to clear up being accused of doing what I didnt... Than I get back a one liner saying:
Ticket status: ResolvedOpen ticket Show Ticket Stats Most Recent Message: From: Mike S. Date: 06-06 17:17: 22 Hello Stacey, Your account has been permanently closed and will not be re-opened, this issue is now closed.
I have never had multiple accounts... I have never violated... This is out of control.
Your Desired Resolution:
Reactivated and compensation for lost revenue by items posted for sale and buyers left in limbo by me being deactivated... Time and wasted effort on numerous attempts to contact. They also deactivated my senior citizen mom's account who used my laptop and was here visiting from Arizona. She is now back home and is also deactivated because she was associated with me. I also request an apology, a look into your customer service practices ref time for response and being accused unjust of things and than refusing to provide records when I state its in correct.
