To whom it may concerned: Im filing a complaint against Athpower Consulting. They have deactivated my account without no reason. I was told by the Vice President they can choose to no longer work with a consumer if they don't want too. I feel thats unfair if the consumer didn't violated any rules with terms of the company. The Vice President had just contacted me today after waiting to get response from her for two weeks. I also have been contacting the President of the company Frank Aloi, and he haven't return any of my calls or emails. I was told that there was two accounts under my name to do mystery shops. I only created one account, and I don't know anything about the second account. I recieve email from Vice President Lynn Saladini saying that we don't need reason to deactivated your account, and had to tell me not contact company no more. I was just trying to get my account reinstated, because like completeing mystery shops with their company.
