On April 12 I purchased on-line a Canon PowerShot S400 4MP Digital Camera with 3x Optical Zoom from the Presale Tale Webstore for $187.94. I sent Jasmine McCogg of the Presale Tale Webstore a check in the amount of $187.94 via Qchex.com on April 12.
On April 13 I received an e-mail from Qchex.com, confirming that Check No. 119 (Dated: 4/12, Ref.: Order No: 600001010, Amount: $187.94) was printed successfully by payee Jasmine McCogg (e-mail: [email protected]) on 4/13 11:28: 52 AM.
On April 26 I received an e-mail from Jasmine McCogg of the Presale Tale Webstore, informing me that my order wass received with my check payment, and my item is scheduled for shipping on May 5 at the earliest. I have NEVER received the item.
After numerous e-mails regarding the status of my order, I received an e-mail from Jasmine McCogg on August 19, informing me that I will receive a refund in the amount of $187.94 by the end of September. I have NEVER received the refund. I have saved all of my e-mail messages from Jasmine McCogg of the Presale Tale Webstore and Qchex.com. If you would like to see them, let me know.
