Worst online auction company our company has ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Immediately suspended our account day one after one of our employees spent hours listing on our newly opened store. Their reasoning was that we mentioned that we had a store elsewhere... We did not mention a website nor did we have a link... Just that we had other online stores as well a brick and mortar business. According to their customer service rep, "You still are asking people to check out your store on another site. Because Webstore is free, we need as many buyers on our site as possible, so we do not allow links or promotions for other sites."
Our listings literally said, "Don't check us on any other auction sites online where you will see our stellar 100% positive feedback rating and thousands of happy comments. Webstore does not want you to."
Well, that is unfortunate Webstore... You just lost our business and all of our customers that would have come with us.
This company just simply sucks, and you get what you pay for... Stay away from them.
We'll take our ebay fees any day over this junk.
