What are paying on a vehicle thru a company who got shut down do to embezzling. We have a 1992 lincoln town car, our payments are 202.00 a month. We have been making all our payments on time since we got our car.in feb we got our tax return back and put 1000.00 towards the payments to give us a little buffer to pay bills. Our next payment isnt due till july 20th of this year, the person who sold us the car is trying rto repo it and sue me for the remaining bal. I made the large amount on feb 11. That gave us a 5 month leway. The person that is trying to take our car is randy pierceson he took all our payments gave no reciepts and now is trying to take the car. I need help to fight this guy in court or help on what to do. Thank you.
