I am purchasing a 2001 pontiac bonniville the sales person named bob, ask for income verification of my diability. Because of the amount i recieve i would have to make a payment of $300.00 dollars a month i have been making payments every month as rquired the last two months i have been recieving calls from the repo person called blake saying that i am back in my payments and now they want to reposse the veihicle. The car will not pas emissions and i have had work done to the car and it still won't pass my tags are dead because i can't reregister without emissions. I have been making my payments every month i need help i am disabled and they know that i can not afford more that $300.00 a month which was the initial agreement.
