I called on 5/31 to get my POD moved to another city. I asked for a quote she stated it would be $1050. I said can I get my rent prorated she said no. I said that was more than I paid to have it moved. She said that rates change daily. I called on 6/8 after I paid my monthly rental fee. I was on hold for a few minutes a very nice person attempted to help me she gave me a quote of $1250.00. I said why I paid my monthly rent what was the breakdown of charges, she said I was speaking to the wrong department, she transfered me I was on hold for 50 minutes. I spoke someone else who gave me a new quote of $1200.00 within 50 mins. The price went up $500.00. I sent to another department I was put on hold for 40 more mins. I was told after another 50 min. Wait was going to be charge $1652.00 to move my POD back to the same place it left in less than 6mos. The charges 6mos ago $1229. DO NOT USE this company. They will lie to you over the phone about charges. When you ask for clairification the PRICE goes up. These people are theives. ANYONE who wants to see the quotes I will send them to you.
