I will never and i mean never use this shipping method again.
On March 25th i placed an order with a popular retail company.
When i didn't receive the package after about a week i went to track the items and learned to my utter surprise that the package was sent back to the retail company, due to an insufficient address.

An insufficient address??? No way! My mailing address was given correctly on the order form and when i notified the retail outlet about this they confirmed the address they were given.
Needless to say i was livid and didn't imagine i could get any angrier until a week later when i notified cust service about a refund and they informed me i would have to wait until thy received the package back.
Well 2 weeks later and still no refund i found out my package not only wasn't sent back as of yet, but that it was in another state altogether. So, my March 25th order not only wasn't delivered it was also lost in transit back to the retail outlet. And i did not receive my refund until May16th, which is almost 2 months from the time i placed the order

So, my advice to anyone shopping online, be very wary of using FedEx Smartpost especially if you need your merchandise quickly or at least in an accepted time frame. I just wish i had read the many reviews from customers complaining of similar problems they experienced using this service before i did, i would have saved myself a lot of heartache.
