I noticed a debit for 39.99 to oxmerix llc webpayment. I had no idea who they were or how they got my banking information. My bank was able to find a phone no for them but i had found it on the internet while i was waiting on them. I called they are a identity fraud service imagine that they commit fraud telling you they can help you. I did not sign up for a 39.99 a month service with them or global tel com which is a sister company i think. I dont have that much to spend monthly or even one time. I called them and they canceled but they said they did not know about a refund. I disputed it with my bank and the bank gave back the money. I still dont know how it is that they say i signed up for their service and had my banking information. I had not applied for any services on the internet in weeks if not months. I have had a problem with other companys piggy backing on something else that i was applying for but this is a mystery this is the second comany in about two weeks
