Internet banking changes

On 11-14 the geniuses decided to change the way people access their internet banking services. I have two accounts set up for my parents who live in Costa Rica. The new login has created a lot of problems for them. They are not computer savvy at all! Like them there must be thousands! My dad called me again to tell me he was locked out due to incorrect information at log on. I called the number on the screen to 'unlock him up' and so far it has been 47 minutes waiting on the line!!! It took 40 minutes for somebody to customer service to take my queued call just to tell me that she had to transfer me to the online services department!!! &% ($)* that a million times. If they planned changes, how come they did not expect the inflow of customers calling??? Obviously they did not add extra customer service representatives. I have no other choice but to keep waiting on this &% ($)* phone call as they have the power to unlock my dad from keep on having access to his internet banking. I am definitely closing these two accounts as soon as I find a bank with more user friendly bank access and customer service, this is totally unacceptable and as I type I am getting furious and more furious.
