I took my family out for dinner to Buffet City close to 8 o'clock P.M. We proceded to get our food, EVERYTHING we put on our plates was terrible. The food that was supposed to be hot was cold and the food that was supposed to be cold was hot!!! After trying several things from the buffet we decided to wait a while to see if new food was coming out and it did but everything coming from the kitchen being put on the buffet was also cold, hard, dry, ect. So after all that we decided to leave. We went to the counter waiting for our ticket to be brought to us and when asked how our dinner was we told them it was bad the woman who asked this question proceded to turn around and walk away from us. During our visit to the resturant my 13 year old nephew became sick while eating and right after we left my 20 month old granddaughter began to vomit all over the backseat of my car. I too was also sick to my stomach and so was my daughter. After making it home i decided to call them with everybody being sick just to let them know because my complaint was not heard at the resturant. The woman who answered the phone was very rude and disrespectful and said she was the manager turns out she wasn't she cursed at me on the phone with the 'F' word and proceded to tell me i was lying. I will NEVER go back there and would never recomend it to anybody. After speaking to the so called manager the first time, i told her it was not about getting my money back that it was about the quality of the food and service at the resturant, After about 5 phone calls from them to me i finally got to speak to the actual manager i told him what happend he offered me 3 out of the 4 meals i paid for as a credit i declined. Bottom line i don't care if its 8 o'clock in the evening the resturant closes at 9:45 if i am going to be charged full price for my food than i expect it to be fresh thats not to much to ask.
