We were at BK on nov 2nd, had cold food, didn't take back was on the way out of town then. We returned to BK again on nov 29th in the evening, and told manager what happend, she gave us a replacement order at that time. We sat down in the restraunt to eat and the burgers were not warm. They were taken back to the counter, and we were asked if we wanted them warmed up in the mircowave, we stated no way, We sat back down and they brought out the new burgers by the manager her self, still not to warm. She stated she would bring out some hot french fries, they were hot very good. We like BK food and would like to keep going there, but if all we are going to get is cold food, it not worth our time to go there. The people were not very frendly towards us, and 2 out of 6 were the only ones doing anything. We are very tired of being treated this way by BK employes. We pay for our food just like any one else would. We would like some coupons to use at BK and hope this will not contune to happen to your coustomers. Thank you Elzie & Phyllis Knipp
