First time going to China King Buffett and it was a nightmare. We arrived at 8 pm, the restaurant did not close until 9:30 and had about two other tables of consumers. It took 20 minutes to get our drinks as the workers were busy talking on their cell phones, laughing and concerned with everything else but their guest. When going up to the buffet the food was stale, cold and the soups were crusted as if they had been sitting out all day and never stirred. Trying to keep the attitude that it can be that bad I decided to proceed to get food anyways with what they had left. Upon eating the food it was stale, cold and somethings were soggy beyond I have ever eaten. When the waitress finally came around again I asked if they will be putting fresh food out. The response I received was no. I asked if they could put some crab ragoon out since they were out on the buffet. One crsb ragoon was brought out and the filling was almost completely frozen inside. The other person in my party asked for chicken that was out on the buffet and at the end of the night we walked away with a check of over $30 (we were charged for the chicken that they were out of on the buffet plus the cost of the buffet for two), a sour taste in our mouths and photos of the crusted food & soup. Please help so that no one else has to experience this like we had.
