Called and order a pizza on 5-19 at 9:30pm was told it would take them 45minutes to bring although I leave 5 minutes away, but I was fine with that. At 10:30pm still no pizza so I decided to call they inform me that the driver was having some difficulties getting to my home because a train was down and he was having to go another route so I said okay that’s fine was just checking. During this time thirty more minutes pass by and I call my friend that leaves up the street and she tells me she’s on her way home and there is a train accident but if you come down to our street the train isn’t blocking you can get through. So I said what the pizza people told me they were having trouble getting to the house because of the train she said that’s a lie. Therefore, by this time its 11:15pm I call back to inquire about the pizza and speaks to the manager he tells me that the driver said he came to my house and no one was here. I said that’s a lie I been waiting this whole time both my doors are open. Then he goes on to say well what you want me to do. Then he said well do you want to cancel your order. I thought that was very RUDE and coming from the manager it was very inappropriate. Then I make a complaint to find out that it is locally owned and that someone would be contacting me I have tried to reach Mr. Brad Walker on several occasions and still nothing! No phone call not even an email and its June 5 so I see where the managers and the employees get there customer service from the OWNER!
