My story is about the same as everyone else's. I googled the company and couldn't find any issues with them. I placed the order on a Friday for two pairs of shoes at a "too good to be true" price.By Saturday I had a strange feeling when their website was down. I emailed to cancel the order with no response.By Monday there were many complaints online about them.
I contacted Paypal and they looked into it. They were given a tracking number by someone at loveshoesmall for a package on its way to me. When it came it was a bendy pencil and not the two pairs of shoes I ordered. When I contacted Paypal they gave me the instructions to return the bendy pencil... I spent $15.53 to do that. Of course the package was never accepted in China and is now on it's way back to me.
Paypal has declined my request for reimbursement because they could not confirm the receipt of the package back to China... Since loveshoesmall will not accept the package I suppose I am out of luck.
