Ordered shoes from loveshoesmall.com on 3/11. Became suspiscious after placing the order, a click too late to stop the order, so I googled this company and found that the company has scammed many people. I contacted PayPal immediately, to dispute the charge, and was provided with a USPS tracking number... However I noticed that the item mailed was an "international letter". I waited until the package arrived, and indeed, it was a 4" x 6" envelope with an item description of "Free to bend soft pencil with an eraser", with a value of 0.50 US$. I immediately contacted PayPal again, on 4/3 to escalate the dispute. I received an automated response stating that they received my email. It has been 5 days, and I have not received additonal information from PayPal
What I do not understand is, why is PayPal continuing to support a company that is scamming the public?
