Today is 3/25 and still no shoes have arrived (26 days) Received an invoice from loveshoesmall but never received any shipping information. Paid by PayPal. Guess what? PayPal is trying to tell me loveshoesmall has provided them with a legitimate tracking number and they cannot remove the charge. PayPal refuses to give me the complete tracking number. This is what I got from PayPal. Tracking Number: LN#CN. Does that help me any? No. Called my credit card company and they have removed the charge. Also, emailed loveshoesmall several times with zero response. And once their website was not available. I would avoid this company like the plague. New rule of thumb, if your website doesn't have a customer service phone number and an address, I'm not doing business with you.
