This 'person' has been widely reported for Craigslist/online fraud. They claim to have items (including rare/collectable sets) you are looking for, but say they have no bank account or Paypal. Once you send payment via a 'no-refund' online transfer, they will collect it and you will never receive any word or goods from them again. Deal with at your own risk.
