Unsafe and unfair practices

On may 29th I went there seeking new rims for my car. I was held there all day in the heat while the staff tried one set of rims after another. At the end of the day nothing fit my car and I was heat exhausted and tired I pointed out to the manager that the workers had ruined two of my studs and lug nuts to my rear right and one on the left rear. The manager said he would be responsible and order and replace the parts at no charge now I called him Monday the 4th of June and he still does not have the parts and furthermore wants to charge me around 70 dollars for the work when he had acknowledged foult and assumed all costs before. Although I work hard for my money its not what bugs me its the moral aspects of it and the sadety issues they created for me now because my vehicle is unsafe. I dont want any one else to go through this anguish and mental frustration.
