On February 8 I called Michel Tires Plus and purchase 4 new tires to be put onto my car.
On february 9 i took my car to Michel Tires Plus to have my tires put on my car. Michel Tires Plus mounted, balance and done an aligment on my car. After the work was done i left from Michel Tires got onto the express way to go to another shop to have some mechancial work done. As i drove i started getting a front end vibration between 55 to 65 mph. I called Michel tires plus and told the worker that anwsered the phone that i was the guy that purchased tires from them and had you to put them on, and im getting a 55 to 65 mph vibration. He told me to bring the car in and they would try re-balancing the tires.
February 10 i took the car back to Michel Tires for them to re-balance the tires. 10 minutes after they pulled the car into there shop and took 1 of the tires off the car and had the tire on the balancing machine, Jeremy called me out into there shop area and show me a spot where my rim was bent.
I told Jeremy My rim wasnt bent before i brought the car there and Jeremy said, " there is no way we could have done this!" And then Jeremy said didnt they tell you that your rim was bent yesterday when they were balancing the tires. Then his other worker said, " I told him to document it on the work sheet but i guess he forgot." I said, " So you are telling me that i had a bent rim, you people said you knew it, knowing you wouldnt be able to get a proper balance, and knowing the rim was messed up and you would put the tires on the car and not inform me at all and i suppose to beleve that, so i said just put my tires back onto my car.
5 minutes later Jermey came to the front desk and said to me that they can rotate the tires so that way i won't feel the vibration up front. I said, "Whatever you want to try.
10 minutes later Jeremy called me back into the shop and show me another one of rims and said this rim is bent also. At that point im asking them how in the hell did your workers bend two of my rims. Jeremy claim that his workers didn't bend them. The car drove like i was on a roller coster when i left Michel Tires Plus. Michel Tires Plus didn't just bend one of the rims on my car they bent two of them. I had two different places to put used tires on the car until i bought new tires and niether place never seen a bend in any rim. I had several difference place to test drive the car because of front end work i was having done to the car and there was never no mention of me having bent rims. Michel Tires Plus bent my rims!
