I received a bottle of mango pills that had not been ordered. The package was sent to a former address and the folks there contacted me. There was nothing in the package to indicate a billed amount. But I had seen two odd names in my online register = DLTD Solutions and Btie Support.com. One of the charges was on 5/8 and the other dated for 6/4, each for $49.95. The second order was for a different product. I searched for the company by using the return address label and found eNutra.
I called eNutra and got a very pleasant young man who had my account credited. More importantly, he told me that they have a blackout list and would ensure that my information would not be able to be used again. Your website said people had gotten no satisfaction. I am hoping that what I was told is correct and that within 2 weeks I will see the charges removed from my account. Sometimes a phone call does work!
