On 29th May, I went to Ck Calvin KIein, (G311, Ground floor, 1utama, Lebuh Bandar Utama 2 branch) and bought a suit, 2 shirts and 1 pans, all together cost around RM4000. Before the purchase was made, i asked whether there is any upcoming Sales near the future, the Staff there said no. Hence i spent RM4000 for all that, however none of the items are taken back home because they needed to be altered in terms of length. Yesterday, i went shopping again on 2nd June, i realized that the outlet now has 20% discount (father day sales) on all the shirts and some suits so i was very pissed and had a word with one of the staff (man with spectacles), he told me that they didn't know about the sales and it was last minute! I felt that i was cheated because if i only had bought the items on 2nd June which is 4 days later, i could have gotten RM800 off my total bill. I do know it is too late to ask for any discount now since the transactions already done hence i asked for any vouchers and rewards to compensate for my loss. However the staff (man) was not very polite and turned his back on me. Today, i still have not receive my suit, 2 shirts and pans yet!!! I am still very unhappy with the staff (man with spec) at this branch due to his attitude.
