I bought a hot water heater over the weekend, and I can't tell you how helpful the sales staff were. I wish that the installation/delivery process were easier and not as expensive (lots of hidden costs and inflated prices), but the floor staff can not be beat. I doubt I would purchase an appliance there again just because of the cost of delivery and install, but I will always use HD as my neighborhood hardware store.
