Rip-off! The 4-6 weeks went by and I never received my card

I received a phone call back in May stating that I was eligilble for a $2,300 credit card with a one time fee of $300 which could be taken off the card as a cash advance in 4-6 weeks when I received my credit card. I agreed to this like an idiot and left to go out of town on vacation. The 4-6 weeks went by and I never received my card. I wouldn't locate the number the man on the phone had given me to call if I had any questions so I had the bank pull my account and fax over a copy of the check that was drawn on my account.

I have called the number numerous times over the past two weeks and I have been told everything from "I see that a new card has been shipped and you will receive it no later than this weekend" to "I don't see any updates in our system, let me forward you file to Everest and call back in two weeks to check on the status of your card"

I have called this company 3 time today alone and one time they even had the nerve to tell me that the system was down and to call back in 20 minutes. I hung up and hit redial automatically and someone else answered and their system happened to be working.

I told them that I wanted my card overnighted to me and I was informed "Well that just isn't going to happen". I have started my filing with the bank to get my money back.
