In May I was contacted by a representative at Everest telling me that I qualified for $2500.00 in credit. He explained that a fee of $299.00 will be removed from my account but I would receive a card in the mail in the next week. I would need to go to the bank and get an advance of $299.00 and deposit it in my account so there wouldn't be any problems.
I never received the card but the money was taken out of my account. I called the company and got hold of a person with CCR. She explained they are a third party. I told her I wanted my money refunded back to me and that I never received the card. She proceeded to tell me that they don't issue the card until after the money has been removed from the account. I have called several times checking on the status of my refund.
I called on 6/17 and it was sent out and will take 30 days, I called on 8/4 they told me 45 days, I called on 8/30 and I now have to wait an additional 15 days. As of today, it has been 50 days since I was told I would receive a refund.
