I should have checked this site before falling for the attractive discounted price at Rios Shoes. Paid immediately by PayPal. Received confirmation from both PayPal and Rios Shoes. Got options for shipping, all free which is strange, and chose the "best option" (doh). Later realized that for non of these options a shipping time was given (how did I fall for this?! Pending status on my order at website never changed. Sent email via website form and another as reply to original confirmation. No response. Website indicates phone hours but no phone number is given. Got suspicious and searched the web to find this site with other 147 complains about similar case. Filed dispute with both PayPal and my Credit Card. Both assured me if I don't receive my item within 15 days I'll get my money back. I told them both about the funny item replacements such as the sponge and they indicated this also will guarantee my money back. Will see what happens now. Other than the hassle of dealing with the scam, I now have to re-search all over again for the shoes.
