JustCloud never worked properly. I notified them of that fact the day after I subscribed to their service. When they finally bothered to get back to me, they told me to simply let my computer run until the program said it was completed. This went on for days on end, resulting in my power source overheating and having to be replaced. I had to install, uninstall and re-install the program repeatedly. After weeks of nothing but aggravation, I finally cancelled my subscription and they issued a pro-rated refund. I felt I was entitled to a complete refund because the service never worked properly. They refused. The company is located in the U.K., so any customers in the United States who find they have problems are out of luck.
